By accessing and using Plan ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Plan is a time blocking and calendar management application that integrates with Google Calendar. The Service allows you to create, manage, and sync time blocks with your Google Calendar.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Google Calendar Integration
The Service integrates with Google Calendar to provide synchronization features. By using the Service, you authorize us to:
- Read your Google Calendar events
- Create a "Plan" calendar in your Google account
- Create, update, and delete events in the Plan calendar
You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms

Termination
